The Keelson
The first condo building to be built in the development will be a beautiful 12 story structure situated along the canal. Living will be made easy at the Keelson with in home laundry, catering, and a guest suite. The ground floor retail level will boast interesting shops where you can get a coffee, a bite to eat, or pick up some groceries from a market-style grocer.

Building I - The Iconic Tower
The centerpiece of the King's Wharf development is to be a proposed 33 story tower situated at the tip of the development, reaching out into Halifax Harbour. The location of this building will provide owners with panoramic views of Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and beyond the mouth of the harbour. It will be a view like no other in the city.
